Recipe: Super Flu Bomb

Today's recipe is called Super Flu Bomb.

You can use the Super Flu Bomb whenever you feel under the weather, have a cold, flu or other respiratory ills. If you are suffering from Covid 19 symptoms, this drink can help you, but we recommend you follow a strict routine - don't hesitate to contact us for more information here. We also recommend you get in contact with your healthcare provider if symptoms continue.

It is full of natural antibiotics and generally save for everyone, but if you have high blood pressure or diabetes, you should make some alterations which I mention below.

For this Drink, you will need:

- Turmeric - 6 inches (3 tablespoons powder) - Ginger - 6 inches (3 tablespoons powder) - Garlic – 10 cloves (with HBP* use only 5) - Onions – 2 medium - Lemon – squeeze 6 or 12 tablespoons of lemon juice - Cayenne Pepper – 1 teaspoon or five opened capsules - Honey – 5 tablespoons (If you are Diabetic, use 1-2 peeled oranges and don't cut off the white pectin. Blend the oranges and do not strain mixture) - Hot Water - 2 cups

Preparation:

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a pot and cover it for 40 minutes. You do not want to boil it but rather draw the medicinal properties from the elements into the water. Step 2: Blend the ingredients well and let them cool down. (If you do not have a powerful blender, you can strain the pulp.)

Take 3-4 TBS every 15 minutes whilst symptoms last. After this, take it 3x a day for a week.

You can keep this mix in the fridge for up to 3 days and freeze some of it always to have it in the house.

*IF YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE DROPS LOW AS A RESULT OF USING THE SUPER FLU BOMB, reduce Garlic cloves in the mixture and add one tablespoon Licorice Root Powder to the mix.

When you are using natural remedies for any ills, we highly recommend you follow the NEW START CONCEPT. You can find it on our Instagram account under highlights or contact us here if you like a copy for FREE.

Other tips for when feeling unwell:

NUTRITION It is vitally important to practice a healthy diet and lifestyle. Eat fibre foods to promote bowel activity. If possible, go on a fruit and fruit juice fast. Try to avoid foods that can cause inflammation and infection, such as fish, chicken, turkey, lobster, shrimp, dairy in any form, animal cheese, milk, butter, sugar, or unhealthy snacks.

WATER Keeping hydrated can help you reduce fever. If you have a fever, it can increase oxygen and promote toxins through the kidneys and skin. On average, an adult should drink a minimum of 2 litres, but to make sure you drink enough, you can follow our formula of 50ml x 1kg.

HEADACHE Apply a cold compress (cold rag/cloth) to the head. Best to wet the hair thoroughly and apply the compress to cover the whole back part of the head and the front part.

SORE THROAT

Apply a cold compress to your neck. To do this, fold cloth/rag to 1 ½” wide around the neck and wet it with cold water. To keep it moist you can cover it on one side with cling film. The wet side should be applied to the skin and hold in place using a scarf.

We hope this remedy can be helpful to you. Please feel free to let us know how this remedy has been helpful to you and make sure to check out our Facebook and Instagram account too.
