This challenge is designed to keep you active and help you create a healthy habit. All you to do is exercise 5 times a week for 3 weeks. It is more fun to do it with a friend, so invite your friends to join you in this challenge! Choose your own exercise set by your fitness level, it can be anything! For example, walking, jogging, rebounding, cycling or any other workouts that you like to do. We would recommend a short 12 minutes HIIT (high intensity interval training) - Start with 30 seconds to get your heart rate up, followed with a break of 90 seconds; (if you need longer to catch your breath, take it but try not to go back to a resting heart rate as it will be more difficult to bring it back up). In the break, slow down but try to avoid stopping! Repeat your exercise intervals 3-6 times. This challenge is for everyone as you can adapt it to your level of fitness!
