We will guide you through the next 21 days, also give you easy recipes you can follow but you also can be flexible in choosing your salad ingredients. Most importantly is that you have a salad a day, be it as a starter or a full meal. If you choose to make a full meal out of your salad, please ensure that you add protein and some healthy carbs as well. We are here to encourage you to step by step, day by day to keep going and give your body these amazing benefits which a salad a day will provide!
